About the Client: Our client is an Indian startup focused on hyperlocal logistics, specializing in B2B food delivery for passengers aboard Indian Railways. As a licensed delivery partner of IRCTC, they aimed to eliminate the long-standing problem of poor food options on trains by offering fresh, quality meals from local restaurants, delivered to your seat mid-journey.

Understanding the Challenge
